Job summary

Agincare’s Bourne service is seeking a supportive, compassionate team member to help individuals live more independently. You will provide person-centred support and personal care, enabling people to participate in activities and daily routines according to their choices.

Joining a values-led team, you will support community integration, attend to safety, and help with daily living while pursuing full funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Qualifications

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust.
• A Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support and personal care.
• Encourage activities and meaningful experiences.
• Support communication in a way that works for them.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records.

Experience required

• A Full UK driving licence

Who youll support

Youll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bourne service to thrive and live as independently as possible. Youll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, Youll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
