TD Bank, N.A. is seeking a Store Manager III to grow the consumer banking business through effective store leadership, customer relationship management and team development.

You will oversee deposits, loans, fees, expenses and lead a large store and team, ensuring an excellent customer experience while meeting shareholder value. The role requires deep knowledge of banking operations, risk management and staff development, with the ability to manage multiple locations and complex customer needs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services industries with supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
• Proven business development skills and ability to implement strategies.
• Strong leadership and coaching experience in a store environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, risk, and banking products is preferred.
