Qualifications

• 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by handling banking transactions and addressing customer requests.
• Answer customer inquiries with solutions meeting current needs and build customer loyalty.
• Balance cash, daily transactions, vault and ATM; ensure compliance and reporting.
• Follow information security procedures to protect customer privacy; assist with opening/closing banking center.
• Sell bank products, make referrals, and participate in meetings and coaching sessions; maintain knowledge of all products.
