Job summary

Paychex is seeking a driven sales professional to grow revenue by working with bank partners and selling Paychex payroll, HR and related services to small businesses (1-49 employees). You will meet revenue targets, schedule bank branch visits, and leverage go-to-market strategies to expand market share.

The role involves presenting solutions to decision makers, building strong partnerships, and collaborating with other teams to drive referrals and growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales/marketing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Meet unit and revenue expectations.
• Present Paychex products in-person to decision makers and end users to hit revenue goals.
• Schedule appointments and visits with bank branches to secure referrals.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Educate bank partners about Paychex products to build value in the partnership.
• Analyze customer needs to determine appropriate products and route to the right party.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems to ensure client satisfaction.
• Submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports.
• Call on business account holders with bank partners and identify potential fits.
• Collaborate with other sales divisions on team selling for larger referrals.
