Paychex is seeking a field-based Sales professional to grow revenue by selling our products and services to bank-partnered prospects with 1-49 employees. You will present in-person or virtual solutions to decision makers and support account referral development in assigned territory.

You will schedule visits, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with bank partners and other sales teams to maximize revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Sales.
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Meet unit and revenue expectations.
• Presents products and services in-person to final decision makers and end users within assigned territory and client size.
• Schedules appointments and visits assigned bank branches to secure referrals.
• Identify customer needs and present company solutions to key stakeholders.
• Presents to bank partners on products and services to educate and build value in the partnership.
• Analyzes customer needs to determine appropriate products.
• Expedites resolution of customer problems or complaints.
• Completes new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports.
• Works with bank partners to identify business account holders who would benefit from services.
• Collaborates with other sales divisions on team selling for referrals over 49 employees.
