Responsibilities

• Manage branch cash vault within prescribed limits and act as vault custodian.
• Serve as ATM custodian; keep stock, ensure functionality and daily balance.
• Audit negotiable instruments and cash drawers for policy compliance.
• Handle branch operations including balancing cash and researching cash errors.
• Ensure compliance and security requirements are implemented at the branch.
• Review new account opening documents for accuracy and risk.
• Open deposit accounts and take loan applications for lending units.
• Process monetary transactions: cashing checks, deposits, and currency exchange.
• Maintain safe deposit records and assist customers with access (if applicable).
• Balancing policy and procedures with sound judgement and seeking guidance when needed.
