Responsibilities include maintaining a secure reception area, handling mail, processing basic transactions, and coordinating scheduling and meeting logistics. The position offers weekend rotation and part-time hours, with a focus on exceptional customer

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• At least one year in a customer-service environment required.
• Notary Public required or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Experience scheduling meetings and updating calendars desirable.
• Prior receptionist/office experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff.
• Answer phones, take messages, and sort/distribute mail.
• Maintain security and monitor logs, issue visitor badges.
• Assist with branch reports, audits, and month-end tasks.
• Support CSR and Call Center back-up as needed.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other customer transactions as backup.
