Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer and office technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and connect them with the appropriate person or department.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, assist with general questions, route calls, and take messages as needed.
• Provide helpful and responsive service to clients and associates.
• Assist with routine administrative and clerical tasks, including forms, reports, directories, and other office needs.
• Sort and distribute mail and coordinate incoming/outgoing packages.
• Assist other departments with projects such as mailings, reports, and admin needs.
• Use Bank systems and resources to direct clients and visitors to the appropriate associate.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Bank policies related to privacy, security, and technology.
• Contribute to a positive experience through professionalism, integrity, and respect in interactions.
