Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations for its Bank locations. You’ll manage space planning, relocations, and furniture needs, while coordinating with employees, building owners, and vendors.

You will prepare service agreements, manage invoices, and support the Director of Real Estate with bids and project budgets. Compliance, safety, and effective cross-department collaboration are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Facility Management, Administrative Support, or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Entry level knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate computer operational skills required including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Must be able to provide timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal customers.
• Ability to effectively present information and work closely and collaboratively with other departments.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• May require up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations for assigned Bank locations.
• Manage space plans, relocations, and furniture needs.
• Prepare Property Service Agreements and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate safety inspections and respond to security concerns.
• Review invoices and assist with cost reporting and budgeting.
• Assist Director of Real Estate with bids, schedules, and project budgets.
• Engage project teams and track progress toward milestones.
• Interface with Senior Property Manager to discuss costs and quality control.
