Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to manage a portfolio of clients including property management companies and self-managed communities. You will train clients on bank products, assist with software integration, and provide exceptional service to build trust and growth.

Role requires knowledge of treasury management products, strong client service skills, and ability to navigate regulatory and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Must be flexible and adapt quickly to change.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in account opening and closing processes (CDARS, IC, cards, checking and money market accounts).
• Assist clients with account payment research and lockbox inquiries; aid in association transitions between management companies.
