Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations for Bank locations at CityScape. You will coordinate space planning, relocations, and vendor management, while ensuring maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance across properties.
You will collaborate with internal teams, manage invoices, assist the Director of Real Estate with bids and project budgets, and participate in cross-departmental communication.

As a Property Manager you’ll be responsible for the day to day facility operations of assigned Bank locations. You’ll manage routine issues including building configuration changes, employee relocations, and tenant improvements. The Property Manager maintains regular communication with employees, building owners and vendors and manages processes and procedures related to the management of and changes within the facility.
