Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations for its Bank locations. You’ll manage space planning, relocations, and furniture needs, while coordinating with employees, building owners, and vendors.

You will prepare service agreements, manage invoices, and support the Director of Real Estate with bids and project budgets. Compliance, safety, and effective cross-department collaboration are essential in this role.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience in Facility Management, Administrative Support, or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Entry level knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate computer operational skills required including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Must be able to provide timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information and work closely and collaboratively with other departments.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
  • May require up to 25% travel.

  • Interface with Senior Property Manager to discuss costs and quality control.

Job description

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: CityScape

What you’ll do:

As a Property Manager you’ll be responsible for the day to day facility operations of assigned Bank locations. You’ll manage routine issues including building configuration changes, employee relocations, and tenant improvements. The Property Manager maintains regular communication with employees, building owners and vendors and manages processes and procedures related to the management of and changes within the facility. Maintain up to date space plans and employee locations for ease of space planning discussions and relocations and manage employee relocations, reconfigurations, furniture needs and installs. Prepare Property Service Agreements and obtain documentation for vendor management. Oversee property management to include emergency and preventative maintenance services for properties owned and leased, respond to Bank Specific Facilities email requests, and maintain up to date emergency contact information for assigned Bank locations. Perform and document quarterly on-site facility visits to assigned Bank locations to assess employee safety, compliance of policies; identify maintenance needs, excessive clutter, cord management and overall aesthetics. Walk exterior of building to assess hardscape and landscaping need. Coordinate annual safety inspections with a third party vendor at Bank locations and respond in a timely manner to identified security concerns. Property Manager will also review and process invoices for payment in a timely manner. Assist Director of Real Estate including obtaining bids, maintaining project schedules, and keeping and reporting detailed cost and project budget information. Create project plans, assemble project teams, and facilitate project meetings. Assist tracking progress of assigned tasks and communicate updates to team on project milestones. Interface regularly with Senior Property Manager to discuss project requirements, costs and budgets, work plan and schedule milestones and quality control and risk identification.
