TruNorth Bank is seeking a part-time Cash Handling Specialist at our Cohasset branch to deliver exceptional customer service while processing a range of banking transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling, adherence to security procedures, and responsiveness to client needs.

You'll support daily operations, answer inquiries, and identify opportunities to introduce bank services to customers. Weekend hours (Sat 8:45-1:15) and Tue/Wed shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products a plus.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide high levels of customer service and maintain standards.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash, checks, and card advances.
• Assist with inquiries by phone and in person and balance cash drawers daily.
• Follow internal controls, audit, security, and BSA procedures.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products.
