Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one year of work experience preferred for full-time positions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Mathematical and reasoning skills including basic arithmetic and percent calculations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and processes all customer transactions including cash handling and deposits.
• Examines checks and ensures funds availability per regulations.
• Balances drawer daily and adheres to teller balancing standards.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding account histories and balances.
• Maintain professional appearance and workstation, ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Assist customers with loan payments and basic banking transactions.
• Relays CTR information to the BSA Department.
