Norway Savings Bank is hiring a Customer Relations Representative for our Maine Street branch in Brunswick. This on-site, full-time role centers on delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and promoting our banking products during everyday transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems.
• Self-motivated and driven aptitude, thriving in a team environment.
• Ability to travel between branch locations.
• Availability for a Saturday morning rotation is necessary.
• Ability to travel to Norway, ME for training.
