Job description

This is a bilingual role. Candidates will be required to speak both English and French fluently.

What you’ll do:
  • Conduct primarily outbound calls to our customers, offering education, guidance and assistance in order to obtain a payment commitment
  • When required, create a payment plan that will help satisfy the delinquency of accounts
  • Ensure that information has been updated and recorded properly
  • Identify an appropriate payment plan to recover the past due amounts through effective questioning to determine individual financial situations
  • Build strong customer interactions using the Art of Communication model

  • Individuals with 2+ years of strong customer services skills and/or collection experience
  • Strong communicators who have passion for problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
  • Computer knowledge and experience

  • Customer focused, who go above and beyond to respond to the evolving needs of our customers

Hours of our contact centre are:
Monday to Friday 7am-9pm
Saturday 8am-6pm
Sunday 1pm-5pm
Shifts will be primarily evenings and weekends, you must be available during evenings and weekends to be considered.
