Job description

ArrowStream is reshaping the landscape of supply chain optimization for foodservice businesses. The premier foodservice cloud platform for supply chain intelligence, we've connected over 105,000 restaurant locations to over 1,300 distribution locations, 11,000 manufacturers, and over 275 leading brands. As a Buyers Edge Platform SaaS Solution, ArrowStream customers feel empowered to make informed decisions with our secure cloud-based data management solutions including ArrowStream Central (operators), Crossbow (distributors), and ChainConnect (manufacturers). Not only are we strengthening buying decisions with our industry technology, but we're enforcing pricing accuracy, protecting supply, ensuring quality, and enhancing foodservice partnerships.

This position is remotely based, with anticipated travel of 5%. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers maximize the value of our platform through hands-on training, data analysis, and process optimization. You’ll be an integral part of their journey from implementation to long-term success.

Your impact:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through best practices and system utilization.
  • Monitor and manage customer support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct training sessions to help customers navigate and optimize our platform.
  • Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations that drive operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, creating clear and helpful documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, product, and account management teams to enhance customer experience.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success in supply chain or SaaS technology.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new technology.
  • A proactive and customer-first mindset, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.
