Job summary

Axiom Bank is seeking a qualified professional to manage core banking system activities at our Maitland location. You will maintain core system configurations, support new product launches, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of core processing experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel may be required for training or vendor-related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, business, or marketing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with bank core processing systems.
• 1–5 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update bank specifications, users, and product updates in the core system.
• Be the bank’s SME for the core system across departments.
• Manage vendor relationships with the core processor.
• Assist with feasibility studies and implement new products in the core system.
• Modify existing products within the core system.
• Answer internal questions about the core system and provide analyses as requested.
• Support new product launches by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Perform core system administration tasks and update procedures.
• Support core-related projects and ensure timely delivery.
