Job summary

Raisin is seeking a customer service professional in Berlin or Hamburg to become the expert on Investment and Pension products. You will handle inquiries by phone and email in German and English and collaborate with colleagues across Raisin.

You are a strong communicator, able to multitask under pressure, and eager to learn about modern finance. The role offers office presence at least twice a week, with flexible hours and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• German or Dutch at C2 level and good English proficiency.
• Professional customer service experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with customers by phone and email.
• Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Interest in modern finance and capital markets; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert for Investment and Pension products and processes; be the customer contact.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing in German and English.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and other Raisin teams and stakeholders.
• Provide friendly, open service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Address inquiries about account opening, investments, pensions and basic tax issues.
• Contribute to a high-quality platform experience for users.
