Job summary

Glenbard Township High School District 87 seeks a FNL Marching Band Assistant (Ramp Up Year 2) to supervise student elections, certify results and support club activities across the school year in Carol Stream, IL.

You will train officers, approve candidates for club offices, coordinate announcements and events, maintain equipment inventories, complete required reports, and collaborate with the APSS and Skyward to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise elections and certify results to the Assistant Principal for Student Services (APSS).
• Approve all candidates for each club office before elections.
• Train officers and members in handling of their offices and guide operations.
• Submit the constitution or charter to the APSS when first organized.
• Approve all club announcements, meeting dates, activities, flyers, etc.
• Be present at meetings, social events, and fund-raising activities.
• Make an annual inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Complete forms and reports as directed in the Student Activities Handbook.
• Coordinate with APSS to ensure access to Skyward accounts.
