• Maintain safe food handling practices and follow safety procedures for equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Operate and monitor mixers, scales, and depositors; follow safety procedures for all equipment.
• Maintain quality assurance guidelines and checklists per FDA and cGMP standards.
• Clean the Production Area, equipment, walls, tables, and floors as required.
• Assist with inventory monitoring of recipe components and fillings; communicate progress to Production Manager.
