Qualifications

• At least one year of professional cake decorating experience.
• Hands-on, flexible and highly responsive.

• Able to work with a diverse group of people.
• Follows all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Produce decorated cakes, cupcakes, and icebox items according to recipes and brand standards.
• Execute all recipes consistently.
• Ensure items reflect high quality, consistency, aesthetics, and taste.
• Maintain safe food handling and follow safety procedures for equipment and cleaning.
• Operate and monitor equipment including mixers and choppers; sanitize work area.
• Provide excellent customer service when needed.
