You will uphold high quality, safety, and customer service while working with a collaborative team and supporting both front- and back-of-house operations. The role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced bakery

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional cake decorating experience.
• Flexible, responsive, and able to adapt to varying workloads.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate cakes, cupcakes, and icebox items per recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain high quality, aesthetics, and taste across all decorated items.
• Operate and monitor equipment, follow safety procedures, and keep the work area clean.
• Provide excellent customer service when required.
