• 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience managing commercial and claims on capital projects.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools for claims analysis and dispute management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain documentation of variances, changes, and claims.
• Support and lead assessment, negotiation, and resolution of variations and claims.
• Support claims responses, dispute management, and settlement negotiations.
• Identify and document commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers on claims and contract administration.
• Develop executive briefings and recommendations on claims matters.
• Analyze and manage contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to drive outcomes.
• Interact with senior stakeholders on complex contractual issues.
• Contribute to risk registers and SOPs for claims management.
• Monitor emerging claims and inform leadership.
