Universal Logistics Holdings seeks a results-driven Terminal Manager for its Baltimore terminal. You will supervise a team, recruit drivers, manage dispatch orders, and uphold operating policies while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires leadership, industry knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure timely service, accuracy, and profitability in a fast-paced intermodal environment.

Formación

• 2+ years management experience in an Intermodal/Drayage environment.
• Knowledge of customs/international shipping regulations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AS400.

Responsabilidades

• Direct management of staff including supervision, clerical, and labor.
• Company driver recruiting and dispatch oversight.
• Management of internal operating policies and procedures.
• Interact with customers daily to ensure satisfaction and drive results.
