Job summary

Universal Intermodal Services is seeking a Terminal Manager for our Baltimore terminal. You will directly manage staff, recruit drivers, oversee dispatch orders, and enforce internal policies while maintaining daily customer interactions and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in an Intermodal/Drayage environment.
• Knowledge of customs/international shipping regulations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AS400.

• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
• Ability to delegate and enforce company policy.

Universal Intermodal Services is currently seeking a Terminal Manager for our terminal in Baltimore, Maryland.

We provide customized intermodal solutions including drayage, container yard management, maintenance and repair, domestic container and intermodal flatbed. Our national footprint and ability to conduct business with all major steamship lines and rails gives our customers seamless and consistent service.
