Wealthy Group of Companies LLC in Maryland seeks an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities. You will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage P&L across the region.

The role requires an active LNHA license and a track record of multi-facility leadership within SNFs, with mobility across the Baltimore area. A strong acquisitions/transition background is highly valued.

Competenze

• Active LNHA license in the State of Maryland or eligible for reciprocity.
• Extensive multi-facility operational leadership in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings.
• Experience managing acquisitions, integration, and system rollouts in SNFs.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement models and P&L oversight.
• Willingness to maintain a field-based presence across the Baltimore metro area.

Mansioni

• Provide direct operational leadership to LNHAs across the regional network.
• Drive standardization and integration across newly acquired facilities.
• Manage annual operating budgets, margins, and cost-control initiatives.
• Monitor staffing, overtime, agency labor, and vendor management.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Drive occupancy, length of stay, and census development with sales/marketing.
• Lead regular operational reviews and KPI tracking (occupancy, net revenue, staffing hours).
• Maintain on-site presence to supervise operations and mentor administrative teams.
• Oversee CapEx projects and preventive maintenance programs.
