Job summary

Wealthy Group of Companies LLC seeks a Vice President of Clinical Services to lead clinical operations across six SNFs in the Baltimore region. This field-based executive role requires hands-on presence to drive survey readiness, elevate care delivery, mentor DONs, and align practice with performance goals.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of SNF leadership, a Maryland RN license, BSN, and a strong track record in regulatory inspections and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Maryland (or compact license eligible for Maryland endorsement).
• 7–10+ years of progressive nursing leadership in SNFs.
• Regional/multi-facility oversight experience.
• Proven survey defense and POC implementation in SNFs.
• Willingness to travel daily across six facilities.
• BSN required; MSN/MHA/MBA preferred.
• Director of Nursing or infection prevention credentials are assets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee clinical operations, nursing standards, and patient-care policies across all six facilities.
• Champion CMS Five-Star, QMs, readmission reduction, and infection prevention initiatives.
• Design and monitor QAPI programs tailored to each building's needs.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors, physicians, pharmacy, and therapy leaders for integrated care.
• Lead state and federal surveys, complaint investigations, and re-surveys.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and author corrective action plans (POCs).
• Standardize clinical auditing to identify risks and gaps before regulatory scrutiny.
• Maintain daily presence across the portfolio, rotating between centers to assess operations.
