Job summary

Roberts Oxygen, a trusted name in industrial, medical, and specialty gases and equipment, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to join our Baltimore, MD team. You will cultivate customer relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and prepare quotes and service agreements for new and existing customers.

We offer a base salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 with a quarterly bonus, low medical premiums, paid vacation, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with focus on industrial gases and welding products.
• Knowledge of liquid and compressed gases and welding supplies.
• Ability to deliver presentations, quotes, and service agreements to customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to grow market share.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Prepare quotes and service agreements for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
