Responsibilities

• Analyze operations and assign/direct labor to maximize efficiency while ensuring safety.
• Supervise union-represented employees, including counseling, discipline, training and productivity oversight.
• Direct preparation of department plans and determine workforce to accomplish goals.
• Address grievances and respond to union-related issues through formal processes as needed.
• Assist with daily safety/operations meetings and implement safety improvements.
• Perform other related duties as required.
