Job summary

Civic Works in Baltimore is seeking a Participant Success Coach for the EMS Corps. This in-person role supports participants from enrollment through job placement, providing case management, coaching, and career services.

You will coordinate with instructors, staff, and employers to ensure participant progress and successful outcomes. Responsibilities include case management, workshops, resume and interview prep, and ongoing documentation of participant progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, workforce development, or related roles.
• Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions.
• Experience with individuals facing barriers to employment preferred.
• Knowledge of Baltimore's community resources and employers is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management support to participants, addressing barriers to success.
• Deliver one-on-one coaching on professionalism, workplace readiness, and progress toward program completion.
• Lead workshops on personal growth, life skills, and career success.
• Support resume development, interview prep, networking, and job search strategies.
• Maintain participant documentation and report program outcomes in required systems.
