Job summary

Civic Works, Inc. in Baltimore seeks a Participant Success Coach to guide EMS Corps participants from enrollment through job placement and beyond.

You will build strong relationships, provide individualized coaching, facilitate workshops, and coordinate across instructors, case management partners, and employers to support each participant's progress. You will document outcomes, track progress in Salesforce, and help participants overcome barriers such as transportation, housing, and finances,

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, workforce development, or related direct-service roles.
Experience facilitating workshops or group trainings focused on professional development or employment readiness preferred.
Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment, including housing instability or transportation challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide case management support, assess barriers, and create individualized service plans.
Lead workshops and coaching to build professionalism, workplace readiness, and job search skills.
Maintain participant documentation and track outcomes in Salesforce for reporting and program evaluation.
