Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Of Counsel Attorney for its Baltimore, MD office to advise and defend employers in workplace matters, including investigations, administrative charges, and state and federal lawsuits.

You will independently produce quality work, defend discrimination charges, represent employers in court and before agencies, and collaborate on larger cases as part of a team while leading and developing associate attorneys.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in employment law or closely related fields.
• MD Bar Admission preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently produce quality work products.
• Defend agency charges of discrimination and employment-related lawsuits.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and in mediations and arbitrations.
• Collaborate on larger cases as part of a team.
• Lead, supervise, and develop associate attorneys.
