Job summary

Harry's Savoy Ballroom in Delaware seeks an organized events associate to assist the Ballroom Manager in coordinating service for all ballroom and off-premise events, ensuring Harry's high standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded.

The role requires hospitality training, ballroom or restaurant experience, supervisory ability, knowledge of food & beverage and computers, and excellent communication with guests and staff. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of work location.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Ballroom Manager with the complete coordination of service to all ballroom and off-premise events in accordance with Harry’s established standards.
• Exceeds guest and Harry’s expectations of high quality service and assists in training and supervising ballroom/event staff.
