Job summary

San Diego Padres is seeking a Ballpark Security Manager to lead the 24/7 security operations at Petco Park, coordinating Supervisors, Leads, and Officers while liaising with law enforcement and event organizers.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and extensive experience in on-site security management. The position covers concerts, games, and other large events with strategic security planning.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of supervising on-site security teams or command center operations.
• BSIS Guard Card or BSIS Proprietary Security Guard certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel ~20% of shifts.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Experience with Raven Controls and Titan HST software.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 security operations for Petco Park, coordinating daily activities.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and shift coverage for security staff.
• Oversee incident reporting, logs, and investigations; ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Serve as Security Manager on Duty for select events and concerts.
• Develop and enforce security protocols; ensure AS security standards.
