Job summary

Turning Point Action is seeking a motivated Ballot Chaser to support the Chase The Vote initiative. You will work closely with the ballot chase manager and build relationships across communities to encourage ballot submission and monitor voter activity within a designated territory.

Daily data tracking, field coordination, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude are essential to succeed in this role. Applicants must reside within the posting area and be ready for field duties.

Qualifications

• Field staff or grassroots campaign experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets).
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the ballot chase manager.
• Build inter-community relationships within the designated territory.
• Encourage others to send in their ballots.
• Build a community network system to identify and monitor low propensity voting habits.
• Track data on a daily basis to ensure goals are reached.
