Job summary

Turning Point Action seeks a highly motivated Ballot Chaser to join its Chase The Vote initiative. Daily duties include coordinating with the ballot chase manager, building inter-community relationships, and encouraging voter participation in designated territories.

You will develop a community network system to identify low propensity voting areas, monitor activity, and help meet attainable goals while tracking data daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Experience in grassroots organizing and campaign experience preferred.
• Team management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to fulfill duties and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the ballot chase manager.
• Build inter-community relationships and encourage ballot submissions.
• Create a community network system to monitor low-propensity voting in designated precincts.
• Track data daily and help the team reach goals.
