Job summary

Turning Point Action is seeking a results-driven Ballot Chaser to lead local outreach and community engagement. You will work closely with the ballot chase manager to cultivate relationships, recruit volunteers, and monitor voter participation in a designated territory.

The role requires strong communication, drive, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced campaign environment. A valid driver license and reliable transportation are required; background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in grassroots organizing or field work.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
• Must reside within three miles of the job posting zip code.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outreach with the ballot chase manager and build community relationships.
• Develop and maintain a community network system to identify low propensity voters within a territory.
• Monitor and report data daily to track progress toward goals.
• Encourage and motivate volunteers and chasers to meet assigned targets.
