Turning Point Action is seeking a highly motivated Ballot Chaser to lead community outreach and ballot submission efforts in the Chase The Vote initiative. You will work closely with the Ballot Chase Manager, build inter-community relationships, and help monitor voting habits across your territory.

Ideal candidates bring grassroots campaign experience, strong communication skills, and a proven, self-starting work ethic.

Qualifications

• Field staff or grassroots campaign experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs/Sheets).
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Willingness to perform duties as assigned; positive attitude.
• Passion for conservative politics.
• Willingness to reside within three miles of the job posting zip code.
• Strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Ethical and responsible behavior.
• Innovative and willing to try new things.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the ballot chase manager.
• Build inter-community relationships and a local network.

• Track data daily to ensure goals are reached.
