Job summary

Turning Point Action is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Ballot Chasing initiative. You will work closely with the ballot chase manager to foster inter-community relationships and encourage residents to submit their ballots.

You will help build a community network system that identifies and monitors voting habits across a designated area, while staying flexible and self-driven to meet goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Field staff or grassroots campaign experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets).
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the ballot chase manager.
• Build inter-community relationships and encourage ballot submissions.
• Create a community network system to monitor voting habits in designated precincts.
• Collaborate with the Ballot Chase Manager to reach goals and track data daily.
