Tutu School in San Antonio is seeking dance instructors who can lead 45-minute classes, follow our carefully crafted Class Curriculum, and nurture the dreams of young dancers. Strong communication with families is essential.

The ideal candidate has ballet experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior teaching or studio experience. We offer onboarding, online training, sick pay, and a positive, supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and restroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
