Job summary

Tutu School Rancho Bernardo is seeking passionate dance instructors to lead classes for children aged 6 months to 8 years. Successful candidates will have a background in ballet and a strong commitment to nurturing creativity and joy in dance.

Qualifications

• Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• High school or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute ballet classes following the curriculum.
• Take attendance and address class-related questions.
• Build rapport with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including sales processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the studio and lobby.
• Communicate effectively with management.
