Job summary

Tutu School San Antonio is seeking enthusiastic instructors to lead ballet-based classes for children aged 6 months to 8 years. We value teachers who connect with families, follow our curriculum, and foster a love of movement.

Responsibilities include teaching 45-minute sessions, managing attendance, retail duties, and maintaining a welcoming studio environment. Prior ballet experience and teaching are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred.
• High school or equivalent is preferred.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
