Cherokee County School District - GA is seeking a detail‑oriented clerical bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records in compliance with state laws and district policies. You will support daily office operations, process payments, code and reconcile accounts, and assist with budgeting and reporting.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior bookkeeping experience, and solid computer, calculator, and data management skills within a school context.

Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of and General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program; technical training preferred. Prior experience in bookkeeping is required. Computer, bookkeeping and calculator skills.
Maintain accurate financial records within state laws/regulations and local policies and keep principal advised of all school accounts.
