Qualifications

• Experience in material handling, warehouse, production, recycling, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read production orders and tickets.
• Strong attention to detail when sorting and inspecting materials.
• Comfortable learning and operating industrial equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Reliable attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate baler, shredder, and sorting equipment.
• Sort product to identify good vs damaged material.
• Feed materials into the shredder for recycling.
• Route materials throughout the facility.
• Read and follow production orders, waste tickets, bale tickets.
• Identify damaged board and separate from acceptable product.
• Monitor equipment and report issues or safety concerns.
• Follow PPE and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Practice good housekeeping and safe work habits.
• Identify and report potential workplace hazards.
• Work efficiently while maintaining production and safety standards.
• Perform other production and material-handling duties as assigned.
