Texas Tissue Converting in Conroe, TX is seeking a dependable Baler Operator to join our production team. This full-time role supports daily operations by collecting recyclables, operating baling equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process paper, cardboard, and plastic waste from production lines.
• Operate balers and compactors safely and efficiently.
• Move recyclable materials using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Maintain clean production and warehouse areas.
• Empty trash containers and support facility housekeeping.
• Assist with production support tasks as assigned.
• Complete required records and report equipment or safety concerns.
