Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active for 12‑hour shifts.
• Experience driving a sweeper is a plus.
• Forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clear waste from production lines.
• Operate balers, compactors & pallet jacks (training provided).
• Sweep floors, empty trash, maintain clean work areas.
• Assist packing/rewinder teams using proper safety tools.
