Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 1–2 years of experience operating industrial machinery.
• Experience in the recycling industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bale flow and load materials into baler safely.
• Operate balers, bunker system, forklifts and related equipment.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and simple repairs.
• Maintain housekeeping and clear communications with operations staff.
• Provide daily production reports to plan operations.
