Circular Services in Normal, IL is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate forklifts, balers, and automated equipment. You will support daily recycling operations, inspect equipment, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role offers a 2:30 PM–11 PM shift with occasional Saturdays, plus benefits like FSA, vacation, 401k matching, EAP, and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience operating industrial machinery.
• Experience in the Recycling industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs duties in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Monitor the flow of materials ensuring they are loaded correctly into the baler.
• Operates industrial balers and automated bunker system, forklifts, machinery, and other equipment.
• Performs all assigned basic preventative maintenance on industrial balers and associated equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and provide daily baler production reports to plan operations.
