Tomorrow RDS, LLC is seeking an Equipment & Bailer Operator to safely operate loaders, skid-steers, excavators, and forklifts at a recycling facility. You will manage inbound material flow, supervise tipping operations, and ensure accurate inspections and reporting while maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Hazards & safety precautions knowledge is required for this position.
• Three to five years of heavy equipment operations experience preferred; experience with multiple machines.
• OSHA-regulated site experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy equipment (loader, skid-steer, excavator, forklift) safely and efficiently.
• Direct trucks for inbound material tipping and coordinate safe discharge.
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report repairs.
• Complete inspection reports and perform minor PM tasks as needed.
• Learn to load trucks, stack bales, and monitor bale quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety standards.
